Privacy Policy
By using www.liveatrfi.com, you confirm that you agree to and are subject to the following terms and conditions, as well as the RFI (RF Innovations,LLC), (COLLECTIVELY, "RFI”), Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not fully agree, you are not authorized to access the Site. You are not permitted to use this Site unless you are at least 18 and therefore able to enter into legally binding contracts.
1. Your Information
When you give RFI your e-mail address, name or other information, you agree to allow us to add your e-mail address, name or other information provided to our database.. You may receive e-mails with payment confirmations, status updates on your pending application and/or move in, and any notices for rent payments or other matters related to your residency. Your use of the Site shows that you agree with our Privacy Policy.
When you use any of the tools on this Site that integrate in any way with a third party website, you agree that this third party website will be responsible for how the information you have provided to this website is handled.
2. Payments
You agree to pay all application when making application for renting. You also agree to pay al rental fees for your entire period residency. You assume all responsibility for all such fees.
3. Applications
If you are applying to live in one of our properties, no guarantees are made to you that you will be approved. You understand that you will have no rights to a property until you sign a leasing agreement and pay all applicable fees.
4. Limitation of Liability.
Under no circumstances will RFI, be liable for any unauthorized transactions that you complete on this website.
All your information that is requested is held in the strictest confidence and will only be shared with our payment processing company for the purposes of taking deposits and rent payments. Upon your request as made through your potential landlord upon notice of moving or your potential employer, we will accept a signed release as evidence of such a request and share general confirmation of your rental and payment habits. Should the property be sold, your rental agreement and any other records held by us will be passed on to the new owner.
Refund Policy
Application fees are not refundable. A portion decided by RFI of deposis may be refunded within 30 days of making application at RFI's descretion. Should the application process extend beyond these 30 days due to the request or fault of the applicant, no refund shall be made. Should RFI discover information that the applicant withheld that would disqualify the applicant for approval, the applicant thereby revokes the right to a deposit refund, no matter the time frame. RFI may at its descretion make an exception and refund a portion RFI deems acceptable.
No rental fees are refundable. Once the rental period begins, the second month's rent will be prorated for the one (1) month rental fee paid at the beginning of the leasing period in the first month for move in.
